2. What data we process
We process only what you enter into the contact form yourself, or send us by email or tell us by phone:
- Company name
- Contact person’s name
- Email address
- Country (optional)
- Type of enquiry, that is whether you write as a supplier or as a buyer
- The message you send us
We collect nothing else. We do not build profiles, we make no automated decisions, and we do not combine your data with information from other sources.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To handle and answer your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is conducting business correspondence with someone who contacted us first.
- To negotiate a possible partnership. If the enquiry leads to concrete business discussions, we process the data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, for steps taken prior to entering into a contract and for its subsequent performance.
- To meet legal obligations. If a partnership arises, we keep accounting and tax records under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
We send no newsletters and no marketing messages. Form data is never used to approach you commercially.
4. How long we keep it
- An enquiry that led nowhere: at most 3 years from the last communication, then the correspondence is deleted.
- An enquiry that led to a partnership: for the duration of the partnership and then for the applicable limitation periods.
- Accounting and tax records: 10 years from the end of the accounting period concerned, as Czech accounting and VAT law requires.

If we add traffic measurement in future, we will update this document, and where the solution requires consent, we will add a consent banner.

- The web hosting provider where this website runs.
- The email provider through which we receive and answer your message.
- Our accountants, if the enquiry leads to invoicing.
We have a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR in place with every processor.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
We deliberately do not transfer personal data outside the European Union. Should any of our processors handle data outside the EU, we ensure GDPR conditions are met, in particular through the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
